Can I download the digital items [MP3s (Audio files), MP4 (Video files), PDF documents] to my mobile devices?

Yes. You must first download the digital files to a computer. From there, you can transfer your files to mobile devices using your usual methods or platforms.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We collect sales tax on physical orders only, from the following states: California, Nevada and Illinois.

Which Region codes are applied to your DVDs?

Our DVDs are coded for Region 1: U.S.A., U.S. Territories and Canada. If you are outside of Region 1, we suggest you avoid playability issues by watching our DVDs on a computer.

What are your shipping fees?

Why are the episodes only free at these certain times, why not make them always available?

Our goal is to educate as many people as we can about the natural healing power of The Sacred Plant! Due to limited resources, we were only able to research, produce and supply our products for free for 24 hours at a time. There are many considerations that go into to the production, include: customer support, filming, editing, tech, etc. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you are intrigued and prompted to take power of your health by tuning into our series.

Are there going to be any replays of the series?

The information presented in our Healing Secrets Exposed Docuseries is informative and powerful, but we are only able to share if for 24 hours at a time due to resources. Please support the mission and own the series for you and your loved ones to continue learning and sharing this vital information.

Do you have closed captioning or different language options?

Closed captioning can be found within the YouTube player at the bottom right-hand corner of the video. Simply click the “CC” to turn them on for easy viewing. Also, we know that many people depend on it, so we have a typed transcription in book format if you wish to purchase the series. As of now, it is not available on the videos included with purchases. We may offer this in the future, and if we do we will notify our followers via email.

How do I get the sound to play?

Here are a few suggestions, which are common fixes for your audio/sound problem and are based on troubleshooting solutions found through research. 1. Sound settings. The video may have no sound because the sound has been turned off on your computer. Hover over the speaker icon on your video or on YouTube to see if there is an "X" beside the volume slider. What is the Digital Buddy Pass?

When you purchase the Silver digital package, you will receive a link to share with a friend or loved one that will gift them access to their own digital package When you purchase the Gold Physical or the Diamond Plus package, you will receive a second physical package in the mail along with your physical package. When you purchase the Diamond Plus, both you and they will also receive the digital package as well.

Do you store credit card numbers?

We store the last 4 digits of a credit card number in our database for validation purposes, to complete refunds if applicable. For your security, all orders are processed on a secured server and the entire card number is never stored.

Can I share my purchases?

Any Physical Package requires a 1-3 week delivery time.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

The only states that require us to charge tax on orders are Nevada, Illinois, and California.

I will not be available when they air, are these recorded?

Yes, each episode is recorded. Each episode will be available for free online for 24 hours. If you can’t watch them when they are available free online, you can purchase the episodes so you can watch them whenever you want.
