How do I download/access my purchase?

 

To download your purchase, you will first need to log in to your account.

Your login details are within your email titled [Order Confirmation] once you have purchased. 

If you have not received this or are having trouble locating your login details please contact our customer support desk here: https://support.thesacredplant.com/

 

Once logged in, please click on your product. If you cannot see it then you may have to click "Browse content" in the top left corner, and then under "My Products" you will see your purchase. Please click on this option.
 

Click on each individual episode and scroll down slightly to see "Downloads," there are 3 linked materials that you'll see below it which are:
 

Video low bandwidth (mp4)

Video high bandwidth (mp4)

Audio (mp3)
 

Click the option you want (low bandwidth is suitable for most customers). The audio option can be used to download the audio files in case you want to transfer those files to your phone or iPod/MP3 device. The transcripts are also available in your Members' Area and the download option will give you a PDF transcript of the information in that episode.
 

Once you click an option, your computer will either automatically download or it will give you the option to download and save onto your computer. Save the file to a folder on your PC that you will remember for when you need to access it.
